The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 5th at 2:00 pm investigators issued Justin Coon, 24, of Manchester an appearance ticket for possessing a sexual performance by a child. Investigators found Coon to be in possession of images of child porn on his personal computer, which led to the ticketing. Coon will appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.Ontario County Sheriff’s did not release any other details of the investigation, or what spawned the investigation.
