The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Jeffrey Webb, 51, of Rochester for driving while impaired by drugs. Deputies report that Webb crashed his car into a light pole on Farmington Ct. and proceeded to leave the scene.His vehicle was later found down the road on its roof. Webb submitted to a blood test to determine the amount of drugs in his blood. He was issued traffic citations for leaving the scene of a property damage traffic crash, unregistered motor vehicle and failure to keep right. Webb will answer the charges at a later date.
