A traffic stop on January 31st has led to the arrest of three individuals on several drug charges and other related charges. Andrew S Button, age 30 of Odessa, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. Button was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. Tyler Crainey, age 28 of Odessa, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, possession of a hypodermic instrument, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. Crainey was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail. Torrie M Savunen, age 39 of Odessa, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, 3 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, 2 counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a hypodermic instrument. Savunen was arraigned in the Village of Watkins Glen Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. The charges stem from all three possessing Methamphetamine, Fentanyl, and prescription drugs.Emily K Miller, age 28 of Bradford, was arrested by Watkins Glen Police on January 24th and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with more than .08% BAC, refusal to take breath test, and speed in zone. Miller will appear in the Village of Watkins Glen Court to answer the charges. Joseph S Ross, age 58 of Burdett, was arrested by Watkins Glen Police on January 24th and charged with felony driving while intoxicated, driving with more that .08% BAC, refusal to take a breath test, and speed in zone. Ross will appear in the Village of Watkins Glen Court to answer the charges.
