Driver charged after SUV flips in Fayette

The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on Thursday around 4:44 am, Sheriffs Deputies arrested Sebastian A. Bianchi, age 20 of 41 E Wright Avenue in Waterloo, for Driving While Ability Impaired (Drugs ). The arrest stems from a property damage accident that occurred on Marshall Road in the Town of Fayette around 4:20 am.Sheriffs Deputies learned that Bianchi was operating a 2006 Chevy Trail Blazer traveling west on Marshall Road when the Trail Blazer drifted over into the oncoming lane, striking a concrete/rock embankment and flipping before the vehicle came to a rest on the south side of the road.The Passenger, Michael M. Bonney, age 19 of 835 Yellow Tavern Road, and Bianchi did not sustain any injuries.Bianchi has been charged with Driving While Ability Impaired (Drugs), Speed not reasonable and prudent, failure to maintain designated lane, failure to keep right, and moving from lane unsafely.Bianchi was arraigned at the Seneca Falls Town Court where he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 Cash Bail / $1000 Bond and is to re-appear in Fayette Town Court on 3/2/2016 at 7:00 pm.
