Penn Yan woman charged for driving without license

On Saturday at approximately 5:10 am the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Kari J. Hansen, age 29 of Penn Yan, after a traffic stop in the Village.Hansen was observed by Officers operating a vehicle on Liberty Street and was known to have a suspended license. Hansen was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the 3rd, a misdemeanor. Hansen was issued an appearance ticket and released to appear in the Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
