The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 3rd at approximately 7:58 pm Deputies arrested Stephanie Flynn, 42, of Farmington for criminal diversion of prescription medications and prescriptions in the 4th degree and petit larceny. It is alleged that Flynn knowingly picked up a prescription of a controlled substance after she had already picked up the prescription on a previous date. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charges and will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
