A pair of Waterloo residents have been arrested and charged in connection with stealing $126.08 worth of merchandise from Walmart. On February 2nd, the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested William Green, 43, of Waterloo for petit larceny, and Stacey Maneiro, 33, of Waterloo for conspiracy in the 6th degree. Green is accused of stealing $126 worth of merchandise and was issued an appearance ticket for the Seneca Falls Town Court, where he will answer the charges on February 17th.Maneiro is accused of conspiring with Green to commit the crime of petit larceny and she was released on an appearance ticket to answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 11th.
