The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on January 31st Deputies stopped a 1995 Honda Civic on Packwood Road, in the Town of Waterloo for having an inadequate exhaust system. Upon further inspection Deputies discovered that the Vehicle Identification Number, or the VIN, had been removed from the dashboard. The driver, Joshua Bsoul, 19, of Waterloo was charged with inadequate exhaust and illegal possession of a Vehicle Identification Number, which is a Class E felony. The vehicle was impounded and transported to the Law Enforcement Center for further investigation. Bsoul was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court on February 10th to answer the charges.
