The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 2nd Deputies arrested a minor, of Romulus, for assault in the 3rd degree. It is alleged that on January 31st at about 2:30 pm the subject physically punched an employee at a residential facility located in the Town of Varick.The employee was treated at Geneva General Hospital for a concussion and received three stitches before being released. The subject was issued an appearance ticket for Varick Town Court and will appeared on February 3rd to answer the charge.
