On January 26th the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John Brewster, 24, of Seneca Falls on an arrest warrant for assault in the 3rd degree. It is alleged that Brewster head butted a female resident on her nose, during a domestic dispute, causing her physical harm. The female was treated at Urgent Care and released. Brewster was arraigned in Town of Junius Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail, or $4,000 secured bond. He appeared in Seneca Falls Town Court on February 1st to answer the charges.
