Waterloo man charged with aggravated DWI

A Waterloo man was arrested on January 31st on Hecker Road in the Town of Waterloo on DWI charges.The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that deputies arrested David Noone, 36, of Waterloo on Hecker Road after failing to keep right for a period of time. Deputies observed Noone failing to keep right for a period of time, which led to the traffic stop.Upon stopping Noone, Seneca County Deputies charged him with failure to keep right, driving while intoxicated, as well as aggravated driving while intoxicated. Noone is set to appear before the Town of Waterloo Court on February 26th to answer the charges.He was released on appearance tickets following the arrest.
