On January 31st Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Desmond Miller, of 62 Swift Street, in Waterloo for possession of stolen property in the 5th degree. It is alleged that Miller, 21, had a stolen New York State inspection sticker displayed on his vehicle.Miller was arraigned in Geneva Town Court before Justice Peter Liberatore and was remanded to jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
