On Tuesday at approximately 7:43 pm the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard G. Pearson, age 54 of 308 Route 28 in Kingston, at the Monroe County Jail on an Ontario County Court warrant for failure to pay a fine.Pearson was transported to the Ontario County Jail and will appear before the Ontario County Court at a later date.
