On Wednesday at approximately 7:35 pm the Ontario County Sheriff Office arrested Daniel W. Picchi, age 19 of 392 Skuse Road Apartment A in Geneva, for endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, and harassment in the 2nd degree, a violation.An investigation by Sheriff Deputies revealed Picchi was involved in a domestic dispute at his residence. During such argument it is alleged that Picchi pushed a female out of his residence that was holding a 9 month old child. This caused the female to fall to the ground with the child. No one was injured during the incident. Picchi was arraigned in front of the Hopewell Town Court and ROR’d. Picchi will appear before the Phelps Town Court at a later date.An order of protection was issued for the female.
