On Monday at 6:36 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Elon S.Arliss, age 23 of 11783 Bentley Road in Clyde, for petit larceny. Arliss is accused of stealing from another patron at a Seneca Falls business in December 2015. Arliss was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge at the Town of Seneca Falls Court..jpg)
