On Sunday at approximately 8:06 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jesse C. Bowdoin, age 39 of 23 Amherst Road in Waterloo, on an bench warrant for failure to pay fine for an original charge of petit larceny. Bowdoin was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $365 cash bail/$1000 bond. He is to reappear in Town Court on February 4th at 5 pm.
