On Tuesday at approximately 2:02 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tracy M. Tyman, age 34 of 59 Bridge Street Apartment 1 in Seneca Falls, for petit larceny. Tyman is accused of stealing merchandise from the Nice and Easy in the amount of $4.19. Tyman was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on February 4th at 10:00 am to answer to the charges.
