2016 Finger Lakes Craft Beverage Conference

Do you manage or are you planning to open a Brewery, Cidery or Distillery? Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension’s 2016 Finger Lakes Craft Beverage Conference will be on April 1st and 2nd at the Waterloo Holiday Inn in Waterloo, NY. Friday. April 1st – Day One – will feature multiple tracks with sessions geared towards starting up a brewery, cidery or distillery and advanced sessions for people managing existing breweries, cideries or distilleries. Friday will also feature a trade show and a post-session social hour for networking. Friday evening, join us for a local craft beverage pairing dinner at the Gould Hotel in Seneca Falls, featuring beverages from a local brewery, a local distillery and a local cidery. Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, post-conference social hour and a Finger Lakes Craft Beverage Conference T-shirt.Register from our website at: http://senecacountycce.org/Saturday, April 2nd – Day Two – will feature production-oriented sessions for beer, cider and distilling. Saturday afternoon will feature separate field trips for cideries and breweries. Field trip locations have not yet been determined but will likely feature a tour of local tasting rooms and brewery (or cidery) production facilities. Space is limited for the field trip, so register early.
