The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports on Wednesday at 11:34 pm Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Elias D. Lynd, 35 of 6088 Poplar Beach in Romulus, for aggravated driving while intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop the occurred on Wednesday around 11:27 pm on State Route 414 in the Town of Varick after deputies observed the vehicle that Lynd was operating swerving all over the road way. Lynd has been charged with DWI, aggravated DWI .18% or greater and failure to keep right. Lynd was issued appearance tickets and is to appear in Varick Town Court on the January 27th at 7:00 pm.
