Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested Dimar O. Morales after investigations into numerous crimes over a months time. Morales was arrested at the Sheriff’s Office in Waterloo on Thursday at 6:50 pm. Morales was charged with with grand larceny 4th, a class D felony, for stealing a Debit card from a Town of Waterloo resident and a petit larceny charge, a class A misdemeanor, for using the debit card to steal $102.50. Morales was also charged with a second count of Petit larceny for stealing $80 cash from a Town of Waterloo resident. Morales was then charged with burglary 2nd, a class C felony, grand larceny 4th and criminal mischief 4th, a class A misdemeanor, for breaking into a Town of Waterloo residence and stealing a TV and a lap top computer.Morales was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional facility in lieu of $3,000 cash or $6,000 bail bond. He is to reappear in Town court on January 20th to answer the charges.
