The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on Saturday around 3:15 am Sheriffs Deputies arrested Charles C. Brown, 38 of 71 East Bayard Street in Seneca Falls. The arrest stems from a reckless driving complaint that occurred on State Route 96 in the Town of Waterloo around 2:53 am. It was reported that Browns vehicle was observed swerving all over the road way, traveling at unsafe speeds, and stopping in the middle of the road. Sheriffs Deputies located Browns vehicle on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls and a traffic stop was effected. During the investigation it was determined that Brown was operating 2008 Kia Optima while intoxicated. Brown has been Charged with Felony DWI, Felony DWI .08% or greater with a previous conviction, failure to keep right, and stopping/ standing on a highway. Brown was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and was released. Brown is to re-appear on the 12th of February at 9:30 am. The Seneca County Sheriffs Office was assisted by Waterloo PD and Seneca Falls PD.
