On Wednesday at approximately 11:49 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Katrina M. Harter, age 29 of 5230 Route 104 in Williamson, on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Court date in Town of Seneca Falls Court on January 7th for an original charge of Petit Larceny. Harter was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash/$2000 ins bond. Harter is to reappear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on February 4th.
