On Thursday at approximately 7:42 pm Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Tyler A. Ross, age 19 of 148 Elm Street in Penn Yan, on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on an original charge of Criminal Mischief 4th. Ross was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000 cash bail/$4000 ins bond. Ross is to reappear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on February 4th at 5 pm. Seneca Falls Police were assisted by Penn Yan PD.
