Waterloo man arrested on drug, weapon possession

On January 6th at about 10:15 am, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Willie D. McKoy, Jr., age 28, on several charges following an investigation in the Town of Waterloo.It is alleged that McKoy possessed a “billy,” a digital scale, packaging material commonly used in the distribution of illicit drugs, and a small quantity of crack cocaine while at a Town of Waterloo residence.McKoy was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 3nd Degree (two counts) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. McKoy was arraigned in the Waterloo Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on no bail. McKoy is to reappear in the Waterloo Town Court on January 8, 2016 at 11:45am. The New York State Division of Parole assisted in the investigation and arrest.
