The Waterloo Police Department reports that on Friday January 1st officers arrested Sean L. Joyner, of 12 Caroline Street in Clyde, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop made in the Village for an expired inspection sticker. After further investigation Joyner was found to have numerous suspensions on his license and was taken into custody. Joyner was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and released with UTT’s. Joyner is set to reappear in the Village court on a later date.
