The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of Brent A Ziegler, age 22, of Welcher Road, Newark for Driving While Intoxicated.As the result of an investigation of a 911 call reporting possible dangerous driving, Ziegler was found to have driven from Brown’s Square Apartments to the Tops Grocery Store parking lot on Furnace Road in the Town of Ontario. Ziegler was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, having a blood alcohol level of .22%Ziegler was released to a family member and is to appear in Ontario Town Court at a later date.
