On Monday at 3:45 pm the Penn Yan Police arrested Katrina R. Bick, 31 of 518 Saddlemire Hill Road in Sloansville, on a Superior Court warrant for two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth.Bick is accused of selling and possessing methamphetamine in the Village of Penn Yan on two dates. Bicks arrest was a result of a several month long investigation into the sales and manufacturing of methamphetamine in the area.Bick was arraigned in the Yates County Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond.
