On Monday morning at about 10:00 am, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Tyler J. Parshall, age 24, and Brianna S. Long, age 29, both of 4490 Dilts Road in Romulus. The pair were charged on several counts following an investigation at their residence.It is alleged that Parshall and Long unlawfully possessed a quantity of clonazepam and marijuana while in close proximity to two children.Both are both currently on probation supervision with Seneca County and the items were seized by Probation Officers as a result of a search of the residence.Parshall and Long were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree (two counts), and unlawful possession of marijuana.Parshall and Long are currently remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail on violations of probation and are to appear in the Varick Town Court on January 27, 2016 at 7 pm to answer these charges.Also, an additional arrest was reported by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Department on Monday which occurred last Wednesday…On December 29 at 5:28 pm, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Shane M. Baker, age 25 of 5580 Route 96 in Romulus, on several charges following an investigation at his residence in the Town of Varick. Baker is currently under the supervision of the Probation Department for a drug arrest in Monroe County in 2014.Seneca County Probation Officers responded to Baker’s residence and conducted a routine search which led to the seizure of quantities of suboxone, alprazolam, clonazepam, and marijuana. Packaging materials, four digital scales, over one-hundred hypodermic needles/syringes, and a gravity knife were also seized from the residence.Baker was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a Class D felony criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a Class D felony criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a Class A misdemeanor criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument, a Class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.Baker was arraigned in the Fayette Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 secured bond. Baker is to reappear in the Fayette Town Court on January 4, 2016 at 5pm.
