On December 23rd the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Dakota J. White, age 20 of Miller Street in Seneca Falls, on an arrest warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, a Class E Felony. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on November 11th where White damaged a window at the Seneca Falls Middle School. White was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was ROR. White is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on January 4th at 5:00 pm to answer to the charge.
