Romulus woman charged after crashing car – FingerLakes1.com Archive

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Thursday at 12:30 am Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Danielle L Morrell, 36 of 5488 State Route 96 in the Town of Romulus. Morrell was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 3rd degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The arrest stems from an investigation into a one car property damage accident on State Route 96 in the Town of Romulus. Morrell was traveling North Bound on State Route 96 when she left the East shoulder of the roadway striking a highway sign and coming to rest after striking a telephone pole. The vehicle suffered extensive damage and was towed from the scene. Morrell was uninjured in the crash. Morrell was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Romulus Court on January 29th to answer the charges.
