The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on December 23rd at 11:15 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 51-year-old Brian F. King of 5854 State Route 96 Apartment 235A in Romulus for Felony DWI and Felony AUO among other charges following a traffic stop on State Route 96 in Romulus. Deputies Stopped King’s vehicle after a female caller called 911 and stated she was involved in a domestic dispute with King and he took her vehicle.Shortly after the call, Deputies located the vehicle and arrested King for Felony DWI, including operating a motor vehicle with .08%bac or greater, Felony AUO, unlicensed operator and a window tint violation.Following further investigation, King was also charged with Harassment in the second degree for hitting the female caller in the chest before he left the house.King was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and was committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $1,000 cash $2,000 bond. King appeared in court on Monday.
