On Wednesday. the Waterloo Police Department arrested Tiffany Gushlaw, age 27 of 1 Center Street in Waterloo, for Petit Larceny based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Waterloo Court.Gushlaw was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Struzik where she was released. Gushlaw is scheduled to appear on January 6, 2016 to answer the charge.
