On Friday at approximately 7:09 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Austin R. Deal, age 27 of 57 North Fulton Street in Auburn, on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on November 5th for an original charge of Criminal Contempt. Deal was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash/ $500 insured bond.
