Waterloo man charged after failure to appear in Ovid court

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Thursday at 10:04 am Deputies arrested Nikolas P. Sinn, age 24 of 1400 W River Road in Waterloo, on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town Of Ovid Court for failure to appear.Sinn was arraigned in the Town of Ovid Court before Judge VanCleef and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000.00 cash or $2,000.00 secured bond. Sinn is return to the Town of Ovid Court on 1/19/2016 at 10:00 am to answer to the charge.
