Seneca Falls man charged with DWI

On December 6th at approximately 2:38 am the Town of Seneca Falls PD arrested Peter J. Day, age 46 of 9 Seneca Manor Drive in Seneca Falls, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Keep right, and Refusal to Take Breath Test, following a traffic stop on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Day was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail/ $1000 secured bond and is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 12/10/15 at 9:00 am.
