On Monday at approximately 1:30 pm Officers of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Paul R. Sturiale, age 26 of 54 Franklin Street in Lyons, for Grand Larceny 4th, a Felony, and Petit Larceny. Sturiale is accused of stealing merchandise with a total value over $1,200 from Walmart on two separate occasions. Sturiale was arraigned in Tyre Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash / $10,000 bond. Sturiale is to reappear in Tyre Town court for a felony hearing on December 16th, 2015, at 9:00 am. Seneca Falls Police were assisted by the NYSP.
