On November 30th at approximately 11:30 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tiffany L. Carter, age 21 of Burgess Road in Waterloo, on an active warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court for Issuing a Bad Check. Carter is accused of writing a check to Eagle Auto Center when her account had insufficient funds. Carter was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Town Court and ROR. Carter is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Fall Town Court on December 3 at 6:00 pm.
