Seneca Falls man hits pole, arrested after leaving scene

On November 26th at 4:18 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jason M. Anderson, age 20 of 6 California Ave in Seneca Falls, for Driving While Ability Impaired – Drugs, Failing to Use the Designated Lane, and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Motor Vehicle Accident which occurred on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Anderson is accused of striking a Utility pole with his vehicle and than leaving the scene of the accident on foot. Anderson was released on UTTS and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on 12/10/2015 at 10:00 am.
