On Thursday at approximately 1:30 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Benyamina F.Fox, age 37 of 1848 Auburn Road in Seneca Falls, following a domestic dispute with another town resident. Fox was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Harassment 2nd. Fox was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash/ $1,000 insurance bond. Fox is scheduled to reappear in Town Court on December 23rd at 9:00 am.
