On Tuesday the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Nicollette L. Carson, age 22 with no permanent address, on charges related to the sale and distribution of crack cocaine in the local community. It is alleged that Carson sold crack cocaine to another person in the Village of Waterloo. Carson was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, and one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. Carson was arraigned in the Waterloo Village Court and released back to the custody of the Ontario County Correctional Facility as she is remanded on other charges. Carson is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on January 6, 2016 at 5 pm.
