The Village of Waterloo Police Department reports that on Wednesday at 5:00 pm Taylor B Eggleston, 19 of 2022 Balsley Road Apt 101 in Seneca Falls, was arrested on an arrest warrant issued by the Village of Waterloo Court for Identity theft in the third degree, Unlawful possession of personal identification information in the third degree, and Grand larceny in the fourth degree. The arrest stems from an incident occurring on November 22nd where it is alleged Eggleston took a bank card from an individual without permission and used the bank card to purchase items from a Village of Waterloo business. Eggleston was released on her own recognizance for the charges but remanded back to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on a prior violation of probation charge.
