On Thursday at 7:50 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jordan N. Maddox, age 26 of 71 W. Bayard Street in Seneca Falls, for Petit Larceny. Maddox is accused of stealing merchandise in the amount of $208.00 from WalMart. Maddox was taken into custody at the Seneca Falls Town Court without incident and arraigned. Maddox was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and held in lieu of $5000.00 cash or $10,000.00 bond. She is scheduled to re-appear in court on January 7th at 5:00 pm.
