On Sunday the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a thirteen year old male, who’s name is being withheld due to age, for Criminal Mischief. The thirteen year old was charged after he intentionally caused damaged to Town of Seneca Falls property. He was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in Seneca County Family Court at a later date. The road patrol was assisted by the Seneca Falls Central School District’s School Resource Officer.
