The Waterloo Police Department reports that on Saturday officers arrested Samuel J. Eckert Jr, age 27 of 15 1/2 Spring Street in Seneca Falls. Eckert was arrested for two bench warrants issued out of the Village of Waterloo Court for violation of a conditional sentence and failure to pay a fine, stemming from prior petit larceny and disorderly conduct charges. Eckert was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and released on his own recognizance. Eckert is to appear back in the Village of Waterloo Court on January 6th, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
