The Waterloo Police Department reports that on Saturday officers arrested Devin W. Laboda, age 20, of 310 Elm Street in Clyde,. Laboda was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated having .18 BAC or higher, speed unreasonable, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.The charges stem from an investigation of a property damage accident where it is alleged that Laboda struck a garage at a Village of Waterloo residence then fled the scene on foot.Laboda was later found on foot and taken into custody. The Waterloo Police Department was assisted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, New York State Park Police and North Seneca Ambulance.
