The Waterloo Police Department reports that on Thursday at about 11:38 pm officers arrested Robert H. Brown, age 33 of Landsdale, PA. Brown was charged with Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree and harassment in the second degree following a domestic incident that occurred inside of a vehicle. It is alleged that Brown threw an object damaging a Town of Romulus resident’s vehicle. Brown was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash/$3,000 insured bond bail. Brown is to appear back in the Village of Waterloo Court on January 6th, 2016 at 5:00 pm.
