On November 23rd the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrest David Brinson, age 53 of 3053 Seneca Blvd in Waterloo, for Petit Larceny. Brinson is accused of taking property from a State Street business without paying for it. Brinson was released on an appearance ticket and is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 7th at 6:00 pm to answer the charge.
