On Monday at approximately 12:27 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Pamela S. Cook, age 40 and Alexes H Provorse, age 19, of 25 Peterman Road Apartment J2 in Seneca Falls, following a report of a physical domestic. During the investigation, it was determined that Provorse and Cook engaged in a physical altercation while in the presence of a 2 year old child. Both Cook and Provorse were arrested and charged with one count each of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Cook and Provorse were arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and ROR’d. Cook and Provorse are scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 9th at 10:00 am to answer to the charges. A Class B order of Protection was issued for the 2 year old victim in this incident.Provorse
