Geneva woman arrested for DWAI in Seneca Falls

On November 25th at 12:41 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Yaleiries M. Ruiz-Leon, age 26 of Lindon Street in Geneva, for driving while ability impaired, open container of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, failing to use the designated lane, and two counts of unsafe turn without a signal, all violations. RuizLeon was released with uniform traffic tickets and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on December 17th at 10:00 am.
