The Waterloo Police Department reports that on Sunday at 3:50 am officers arrested Chad E. Vanhorn, age 41 of 15118 State Route 104 in the Town of Martville , for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree. The arrest stems from a domestic incident that occurred in the Village. During the incident, Vanhorn allegedly broke the window to a door of the residence and then fled from the scene. NYSP spotted the suspect, Vanhorn driving on State Route 414 after fleeing the scene and Vanhorn was taken into custody and turned over to Waterloo Police Department. Vanhorn was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo court and released on his own recognizance. Vanhorn is set to return to the Village of Waterloo Court on December 2nd.
